Pickles’ good friend, Simon, is very smart – easily as smart as Piks, herself – and he’s devised a project for his science class that attempts to determine which side dogs favor.
Turns out Pickles is right-pawed!

Thank you, Pickles, for helping out my grandson. He had such a good time with you. You really cooperated so well.
I’m glad I could help – I think Simon should get an A++!
Pogo is right pawed; Bandit is mostly left pawed.
Cool project. I think most dogs are right pawed with the odd lefty thrown in. Pretty much like us bipeds.
Simon has been loving this project. Pickles was extremely cooperative….and oh so cute!
Simon’s hypothesis is that most dogs are right-pawed, but actually most he has tested are turning out to be lefties. 🙂
Well, that makes me even more special! I loved hanging out with Simon – he’s an awesome puppy, even if he does only have two legs.
