That’s right – even we have our limits.

First, Pickles managed to slip out of her collar while walking with Poppy and ran after a truck. That one’s not completely on her, but she didn’t come back immediately when called, and then tried to turn it into a game. Poppy was not on speaking terms with her for most of the day after that.

Then, she pushed the limits with Betty by bringing what seemed like 1000 too many sticks into the house. The door got closed for the rest of the day, and it was nice outside. Pickles’ loss.

She’ll be given another chance. She’ll also be getting a new collar (thanks, Kelly) that doesn’t loosen up as easily. And if that doesn’t work, she’ll have to learn to love her harness.

  1. Poor girl looks mighty tuckered out from her adventures. What about Poppy?

  2. Oh Pickles…you scared your parents…I’m sure you won’t do it ever again…

  3. oh Pickles. I so know that look. At the Hotel Thompson, you do the crime and you pay the time. And trust me, I’ve paid my time A LOT. It happens to the best of us dude. Shake it off and give the humans extra loving when you get out of lock down. They are just trying to look after our well being. XOXO – Bacon

All’s well that ends well…………………Pickles has forgiven Poppy for not playing the ‘chase the truck’ game. All the pulled up dead root ends have been disposed. We’re back to one giant love fest again.
